Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of MegaAraw and every game played on it. By registering you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Who we are
MegaAraw (“MegaAraw”, “we”, “us”) is a sub-brand of XN Solutions Inc., Registration No. 2024050150330-11, regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under Accreditation No. 25-181 and 25-180. The website is megaaaraw.com.
2. Eligibility
You may register and play only if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 21 years old;
- you meet the Philippine eligibility and residency requirements that apply to the platform;
- you are not listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP) and are not self-excluded or excluded under PAGCOR’s programme;
- you are not a restricted person under PAGCOR rules, including government officials and employees and members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police;
- you will not play in a public place;
- you act on your own behalf and use your own funds.
If we find that any of these conditions is not met, we will close the account and handle any balance as required by law and PAGCOR rules.
3. Your account
You may hold one account only. It is linked to your Philippine mobile number, which you confirm with a one-time password (OTP) and use to log in. Keep your phone and the codes you receive private — we will never ask you for an OTP. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
4. Verification
Full access to games, deposits and withdrawals requires identity verification (KYC): your full name, date of birth, address, email, a valid government-issued ID and face verification. We may ask for further documents at any time, for example before releasing a withdrawal. Details must be true and match your ID.
5. Wallet and payments
- Your wallet is held in Philippine pesos (PHP).
- Deposits and withdrawals are possible only through payment methods connected to the MegaAraw cashier and only with accounts in your own name.
- Limits, fees and processing times are those published for each method on Wallet & Payments. Where a value is not published, we do not promise one.
- The wallet is not a bank or savings account and does not earn interest.
- We may delay or refuse a transaction where the law, PAGCOR rules or our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks require it.
6. Games
Games are supplied by third-party providers. Each game has its own rules, payouts and return-to-player information, shown inside the game; those rules form part of these Terms. Outcomes are determined by the game — by a certified random number generator for digital games, or by the physical cards, wheel or dice for live games. Game History in My Account records every round.
If a game malfunctions, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. Obvious errors in payouts may be corrected.
7. Tournaments and promotions
We list only tournaments and promotions that are actually active or scheduled. Each one has its own details — eligible games, dates, scoring and prizes — which apply in addition to these Terms.
8. Responsible gaming
Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. You can set limits, take a time-out or self-exclude as described on Responsible Gaming. We may apply limits or suspend play if we see signs of harm.
9. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, use of software to gain an advantage, multiple accounts, false information, or where required by law or by PAGCOR.
10. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network or device failures on your side. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
11. Complaints
Send complaints through the contact form or to support@megaaaraw.com, with your Account ID and any transaction or round reference. If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you may raise the matter with PAGCOR.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced before they apply. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
