User Agreement
This Agreement sets out how you may use your MegaAraw account and what you can expect from us. It works together with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1. Scope
This Agreement is between you and XN Solutions Inc., operating MegaAraw. It applies from the moment you register and for as long as you have an account.
2. Personal use
- Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not let anyone else use your account, sell it or transfer it.
- You may not play in public places or on behalf of another person.
3. Security
- Log-in is confirmed with a one-time password sent to your mobile number. Never share it — MegaAraw staff will never ask for it.
- Tell us immediately at support@megaaaraw.com if you lose your phone or suspect someone else has used your account.
- Log out on shared devices.
4. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or any software that plays for you or gives an unfair advantage;
- collude with other players or exploit errors in games or the platform;
- open more than one account, or use another person’s identity or payment account;
- use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose;
- attempt to access, test or disrupt our systems without permission.
5. Live chat
Where live games offer chat, keep it respectful. Abuse, harassment, spam, advertising and sharing personal data are not allowed. Dealers and moderators may mute users, and repeated breaches may lead to suspension.
6. Our commitments
- We show game rules and payout information before you play.
- We record every round, deposit and withdrawal in your history.
- We never promise winnings or describe any game as risk-free.
- We provide responsible gaming tools and respect self-exclusion.
- We handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Content and trademarks
The MegaAraw name, logo and website content belong to their respective owners. Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to the game providers. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Ending the agreement
You can end this Agreement by closing your account through support. We may end it as described in the Terms and Conditions.
