What KYC asks for
- Full name, exactly as on your ID
- Date of birth — you must be 21 or older
- Current address in the Philippines
- Email address
- Government ID type and number, plus a photo of the ID
- Face verification — a live selfie matched to your ID photo

Shown on your profile in My Account.
Unverified
KYC not submitted or needs to be redone. You can log in and browse, but not play, deposit or withdraw.
Pending review
Your details and documents are under review. We may contact you if something is unclear.
Verified
Full access to games, the wallet, deposits and withdrawals.
Who can play
Before any game access we check that:
- you are 21 years old or older;
- your identity matches your ID and face verification;
- you meet the Philippine eligibility and residency requirements;
- you are not listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
- you are not self-excluded or excluded through PAGCOR’s programme;
- you do not belong to a restricted-person category.
Restricted persons may not register or play
- Anyone under 21
- Government officials and employees
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police
- Persons in the NDRP, and self-excluded or excluded persons
- Any other person restricted under PAGCOR rules or the Terms and Conditions

Questions and answers
Why is my mobile number so important?
Your mobile number is your MegaAraw login. Every sign-in is confirmed with a one-time code sent to it, so keep your SIM active and never share the codes you receive — MegaAraw staff will never ask for them.
What makes a photo get rejected?
Blurry or cropped ID photos, glare over the details, an expired ID, a selfie in poor light, or a name or birth date that does not match the details you entered.
I changed my mobile number. What now?
Contact support from the email linked to your account with your Account ID. For your security, a number change requires identity checks.
