Baccarat rules in a minute
Two hands are dealt: Player and Banker. You bet on which hand will finish closer to 9, or on a Tie. Cards 2–9 count at face value, tens and picture cards count as zero, and an ace counts as one. Only the last digit of the total matters, so 7 + 8 = 15 counts as 5.
Whether a third card is drawn is decided by fixed rules, so there are no decisions to make after you bet. Banker wins are usually paid with a commission; the exact payouts and side bets are shown in each game’s rules.

Which baccarat bet is best?

What is the difference between live and first-person baccarat?
Live baccarat is dealt by a person in a studio on a fixed schedule. First-person baccarat is digital: the cards are drawn by a random number generator and a round starts as soon as you bet.
